Keeping this requirement in view, and to boost the market for the already popular Grand i10, Hyundai has introduced an automatic version of the Magna which will come with a price tag of Rs. 6.21 lakhs.
It will consist of an automatic transmission with four speed features. It will have a petrol 1.2 litre that is capable of torque 114Nm and power 83PS. It consists of the basic features like keyless entry, rear AC vents, power windows and air conditioning but misses out on parking sensors, integrated music system, adjustable driver seat and steering wheel, chilled glove box and push button start. It is also devoid of safety related features like dual airbags and ABS.
The Asta variant of the car will lack the automatic feature. The new automatic Grand i10 is expected to be made available in the Asta (O) variant.
