Coffee creamers contain modified corn syrup, artificial flavoring and trans fats. They may also contain sugar, canola and soybean. All these ingredients may lead to weight gain.
For a healthy life, it is important to eat a nutritious breakfast. You can take a step towards good health by switching to healthier options that are high in fiber. Try to avoid packaged foods as much as possible for breakfast.
